Lead Salesforce Engineer

The Role:

As a Lead Salesforce Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality Salesforce applications for our organization. You will lead a team of Salesforce developers and administrators to ensure our Salesforce platform operates efficiently and effectively. In addition, you will work closely with other IT team members and business stakeholders to understand requirements, design solutions, and implement changes.

What you will do:

• Lead a team of Salesforce developers and administrators, providing mentorship and guidance to ensure high-quality delivery of projects and initiatives
• Work with business stakeholders to understand requirements and design solutions to meet their needs
• Develop custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Visual force, Lightning Web Components, and other Salesforce development technologies
• Implement and configure Salesforce out-of-the-box functionality, including but not limited to Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud
• Collaborate with other IT team members to integrate Salesforce with other system and applications
• Develop and maintain Salesforce governance policies and procedures to ensure data integrity, security, and compliance
• Support development and testing of new features
• Configure and maintain Sales Cloud, including objects, fields, page layouts, and validation rules
• Design and implement workflows, approval processes, and triggers to automate business processes
• Integrate Salesforce with other systems, such as marketing automation and CRM tools

• Proficient with SQL and APEX
• Experience with integrating Salesforce with 3rd party solutions
• Proficient in architecting Salesforce Solution

Nice to have skills:

• Experience with CSS, JS
• Experience with the deployment pipeline

Education & Certifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or relevant years of work experience
• Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II or Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, are highly desirable
