Aracely Van Horn, General Manager

Ms. Van Horn is originally from Ensenada, B.C., Mexico. She has experience in managing software implementations in the insurance industry, operating call centers and managing finances for non-profits. Aracely’s family is originally from the state of Sonora, Mexico; she is passionate about the talent in her hometown of Ensenada, and all of Mexico and is dedicated to helping TSA’s clients achieve success and supporting TSA’s team members to advance their professional and personal goals.

Nirvana Green, Salesforce Practice Manager and Ensenada Squad Leader

Mrs. Green is originally from Ensenada, B.C., Mexico. She has 6+ years of Software Development experience as an Application Developer using Salesforce, Big data analysis and storage as well as parallel computing research, using apex, lighting, LWC, java, and front-end technologies. Nirvana graduated from Universidad Autónoma de Baja California with a degree in Computer Science. As Salesforce Practice Manager and Ensenada Squad Leader, Nirvana is working to grow TSA’s Salesforce.com capabilities throughout Baja California, as well as develop our Ensenada operations to include building relationships with regional universities for Salesforce recruiting and internships.

Gustavo De La Fuente, Board Member, Smart Border Coalition

Mr. De La Fuente is a bi-national business and policy leader with significant experience in both Mexico and the United States. He is currently a partner at Kingstone Financial, a wealth management and alternative investment firm, where he is the International Development Director. Most recently Mr. De La Fuente was the Executive Director of the Smart Border Coalition where he successfully positioned the nonprofit organization as a leader in enhancing trade/travel across ports of entry in the San Diego-Tijuana region. Prior to his focus on cross-border improvement initiatives, Mr. De La Fuente helped to grow and eventually sell a large cable network provider based in Sonora, Mexico. He is a graduate of Harvard Business School and has B.A. and M.A. degrees from Stanford University. Gustavo provides unique and insightful perspectives to TSA on how we can utilize technology in any number of ways to help improve lives and advance business collaboration on both sides of the Mexico-US border.

Prateet Verma, Director, R&D, BVI Medical

Mr. Verma currently serves as a Director in the R&D department of BVI Medical. Prateet has over 20 years of experience in Healthcare & Life Sciences research and development both in industry and consulting. In addition to his current role at BVI he has worked at such leading HC&LS companies as Alcon and Boston Scientific, as well as Tata Consultancy Services. Prateet provides TSA perspectives primarily in the Life Sciences Industry, as well as adverse event intake call centers, a discipline in which Ensenada has a developing pool of talent. We are grateful for his time.
